Per wiki:

When consumed, it will temporarily raise the player's Magic level by 2 (if under level 50) or 3 (if 50 or over)

The code currently boosts only by 1 level at 31 magic instead of 2. On the wiki page there are three replay sources listed with 33, 59 and 99 magic levels.

A small but important thing, as it has direct effects on low level Dragon slayer builds eng101

The fix is applied, it was 1+2% and should have been 2+2%.
