Recommendations:

I'd recommend allowing yourself access to Edgeville. This gives you a range to bake on, a well to use as a water source, access to a General Store with tools, and an additional Imp spawn for access to the overpowered drop table. Oh and a bank.

Cooking & Fishing:

Fishing is not possible. Cooking can be trained by killing bears for meat.

It is possible to make pizza (very slowly) for baking hiscores if you use a range. Imps drop water & flour. Black Knights also. Chaos Dwarfs drop cheese and tomato.

Your best food is anchovie pizza from the muddy chest. Your best food you can make yourself is meat pizza.

Crafting:

Not possible due to lack of furnaces and spinning wheels. Probably closest is cutting gems.

Woodcutting & Firemaking

Same as normal.

Ranged

Black Knight drops shortbow, Hobgoblin drops crossbow.
Arrows and crossbow bolts are quite plentiful from item spawns. Good training locations are quite well available: graveyard, lava maze, greater demons.

Mining & Smithing:

Get level 15 mining before entering wilderness. Bring pickaxe.

Skeletons & zombies drop bronze bars. To smelt you need to level magic for superheat item. Then you can use the anvil in ruined village.

Copper ore dropped by zombies, tin ore by zombies and black knights.

Magic:

Runes plentiful from darkwizards and other monsters.

Prayer:

Train at bone yard, recharge at chaos temple.

BIS melee gear (without smithing):

Rune large from greaters
Mithril kite shield from greaters

Mithril Short Sword from Moss Giants
Beer from giants for strength boost

Oh yea there is no Bandit Camp since it came in February 2002. You could get net from West Ruins and fish in the Bandit Camp but yeah, RIP fishing then.
