Chaos Dwarf Mine

I was doing some research into doing muddy keys as I hadn't done them before and stumbled across the wiki page on the Chaos Dwarf mine. The infobox states that its release date is unknown but the trivia below shows that it was in the game by December 8th.

The mine was missing from initial player-made maps of the Wilderness, but was present in the game by 8 December 2001. It is unknown when it was added - it is possible that it was present on Wilderness release but missed by mappers. At the time, the rocks were uncoloured and would be easy to not notice.

I took a walk around the area and didn't see it in game. Should this be in the game if this information can be corroborated? Or was it purposefully left out because that info is wrong? And if so what info was it based on?
