2002scape bugs (maybe)

Not sure if it’s a bug or intentional to the version but big net overhead bubbles don’t seem to appear.

Also it seems like colored rocks are not displayed by rsc-c as they are on perfect (feature flag?) Not sure if that was intentional as well.

Also, launching rsc-c from 131 branch I noticed this output, also not sure if intentional (I'll never be sure)

Looks like these are just related to future spells, so they "shouldn't" be there and I doubt it would affect anything content-wise so maybe just a "won't fix"?

thugs, chaos druids, deadly red spiders in edge dungeon are not aggressive?

also no red spider egg spawns

or skeletons near the black demons

Is the 2002scape ready for testing?
Killed Chaos Druids but they never respawned.

Respawn time is much longer than on other private servers since it is Actually Accurate.

2002scape is in pre-beta.

Edgeville Dungeon was not The Wilderness. Fixed.
